A 2 week deposit is required to register. A $10.00 discount for two children from the same family will be given.

Nut Free Center
We will not serve any products that contain nuts or nut bi-products. Often it is unclear which foods contain nut bi-products, so we have provided the following list of terms that indicate nuts or nut bi-products are present (or may be present) in foods:

• Cold pressed peanut oil
• Peanuts
• Peanut butter
• Peanut flour
• Ground nuts
• Mixed nuts
• Nuts
• Hydrolyzed plant protein
• Hydrolyzed vegetable protein
• Marzipan
• Nougat
• Chocolate
• African, Chinese & Thai dishes

• Certain Candies

Enrollment fees
Upon enrollment, a registration fee of two full weeks tuition is charged per child. This non-refundable fee will be credited to your child’s last two weeks of enrollment.

Tuition
Tuition is due on Monday morning. If your child is part-time, tuition is due the first day of his or her week. If tuition is received after your child's first school day, a late fee of $5.00 per day will be charged.

There is a $10.00 discount for families with two children attending the Center simultaneously.

We also close two days a year for staff training. These days change yearly and a 30 day notice will be given to the parents.

Health/Sickness Policy
The Pumpkin Patch’s health policy is in accordance with the Department of Social Services Regulations. If a child has been sent home ill, they must be kept home one full school day before they are allowed to return. The Center will request a statement from the child’s physician stating that the child is free of communicable and contagious diseases, and is able to return to school.

Staff Training
As it is required by New York State that each teacher receive a minimum of 15 hours of training per year, Pumpkin Patch will close two days each year for our teachers to attend training. Parents will be given a 30-day advance notice regarding each day closed.

Medication
Pumpkin Patch does not administer medication.
